About Nastarssia Humphrey, Founder
Nastarssia Humphrey is an educator with over a decade of experience in K–12 education, holding roles as a teacher, interventionist, and instructional designer. She earned her Associate of Arts in Education from Northwest Mississippi Community College, a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education with a Special Education Endorsement, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.
She founded InspirED Growth Consulting to equip and uplift early-career educators by sharing the hard-earned knowledge and systems that she wishes she had when she first entered the classroom. Her mission is to build a community of educators who inspire one another, hold each other accountable, and redefine what support looks like in schools.
Nastarssia understands firsthand the challenges of starting a teaching career without enough structure, mentorship, or practical tools. Research shows that nearly 50% of new teachers leave the profession within their first five years, often due to a lack of support, burnout, and ineffective systems. Her work bridges this gap by offering real strategies in high-quality instruction, student engagement, and behavior management that new and experienced teachers can implement immediately.
She believes, “Expecting uninspired, unsupported teachers to inspire students is unrealistic—and we can do better. That’s what InspirED Growth is all about.”
