What’s Included:
1 Professional Development Session
Engaging, strategy-rich session focused on High-Quality Instruction and Student Engagement, designed to give educators tools they can apply immediately.

• Campus-Wide Instructional Audit focused on high engagement and effective instructional delivery
• Grade-Level PLC Session: One collaborative session with a selected grade level where teachers bring their upcoming lessons. Together, we’ll identify when and where to embed the 10 Power Moves to strengthen engagement and rigor.
• ELA or Math Coaching Session (Grades 3–5 only, one grade level):
  Teachers deliver a live 25-minute lesson while I observe and provide real-time coaching and feedback focused on engagement, pacing, and instructional alignment. This supportive session allows educators to reflect on their practice and apply targeted strategies within the context of their own teaching.
• Campus Walkthrough + Admin Debrief: Beginning-of-year classroom walkthrough followed by a 45-minute strategy session with school leaders to analyze trends and guide instructional next steps.

Engaging, strategy-rich session focused on High-Quality Instruction and Student Engagement, designed to give educators tools they can apply immediately.

Full-Day PLC Planning Sessions (Grades 3–5)
One full-day session per grade level (Grades 3–5). Teachers bring upcoming lessons, and I facilitate planning with a focus on embedding The 10 Power Moves into instructional design.
✔ Includes support with one slide deck or lesson plan outline per team, including suggested activities or assessment tools aligned to learning objectives.

Content-Specific Coaching Sessions
Math Strategy Coaching (Grades 3–5)
ELA Strategy Coaching (Grades 3–5)
Rather than modeling, I serve as a live instructional coach. Teachers deliver a 25-minute lesson while I observe and provide real-time, strengths-based feedback and coaching. These sessions help educators refine their instructional techniques in an authentic, supportive setting.

Three Campus Instructional Walkthroughs:

• Beginning-of-Year (BOY)
• Mid-Year
• End-of-Year (EOY)

Each walkthrough is followed by a 45-minute leadership debrief where I share trends, offer targeted strategies, and collaborate with admin to set clear next steps aligned to school goals.
